Ophthalmic Lightmed Lasers
Telsar now sells new Ophthalmic Lightmed Lasers. We offer these new ophthalmic lasers in a YAG Laser or a Green Laser Console. The Lightmed YAG Laser is offered as a portable or with a table with the option of a one, two or three year warrenty. The Lightmed Green Laser Console is offered in two watts with a Haag Streit or Zeiss adapter with a slitlamp and table with the option of a one, two or three year warrenty. Refurbished Laser Sales
At Telsar Laboratories, Inc., all our refurbished laser systems are completely disassembled, inspected for damage with any damaged parts replaced, cleaned, painted, aligned, calibrated and made ready for final test before we offer them for sale. The in-house stock of refurbished medical lasers for sale will include Photocoagulators and Photodisruptors. Telsar sells Argon, Argon/krypton, dye, diode and frequency doubled yag laser photocoagulators by such manufactures as Coherent, Lumenis, Nidek, BioPhysic, Alcon and many others. Aesthetic & Surgical Laser Sales
All of the aesthetic and surgical laser systems sold by Telsar Laboratories are completely disassembled and inspected for damage. Any damaged parts are replaced, and the laser is cleaned, painted, aligned, calibrated and made ready for final test before we offer them for sale. When purchasing an aesthetic or surgical laser from Telsar, you can be assured that it will be delivered and installed on-time, and that your staff will be fully trained by one of our laser technicians. Q: Is a pre-owned laser as reliable as a new laser?
A: In the case of current technology, yes it is, provided that the pre-owned laser can be installed and warrantied by its seller. In the case of new technology, a pre-owned laser with a proven track record has a much higher mean time between failures (MTBF) than the high failure rate of new designs and technologies.
Q: Are Telsar's systems backed with a warranty?
A: Yes - systems sold in the United States are backed with a 1-year warranty. Our warranty typically covers all labor, parts, and travel expenses during the warranty period. Telsar also has several extended warranty options from which to choose.
Q: How can I be sure I am getting a quality laser?
A: You must do three things: Purchase from a reputable dealer, check references, and ask to see the system.
